Position Summary:
As a Portfolio Manager at MBG Property Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance and function of staff and properties under your direction. You will be responsible for maximizing income while minimizing expenses, providing guidance and support to onsite staff, and ensuring that our properties meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in multi-family housing management as a regional or portfolio manager
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain company-wide policies and forms
• Coordinate budgets for all properties and ensure adherence
• Provide continuous support and training for staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide corrections when required
• Conduct physical inspections of properties
• Approve all evictions and non-renewals
